Sattvic IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") operates the messaging and marketing platform at https://sattvicits.com (the "Platform"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Platform you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, phone number, company details and billing records you provide when you register.
- Connected Meta assets — when you connect Facebook, Instagram, Threads or WhatsApp Business accounts through Meta Login, we receive the access tokens, Page/account identifiers, names and profile details that Meta shares for the permissions you grant. We store these only to operate the features you enable (publishing, messaging, advertising and analytics).
- Messaging data — messages, contacts, templates, media and delivery statuses sent or received through the WhatsApp Business Platform on your behalf.
- Advertising data — campaign, ad set, ad, spend and performance data from the Meta Marketing API for ad accounts you connect.
- Usage data — log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, used for security and to improve the Platform.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate and support the Platform and the features you enable.
- To send messages, publish content and manage advertising on your instructions.
- To bill you for services and to communicate account, security and product information.
- To detect abuse, comply with law and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use data obtained from Meta APIs for any purpose other than providing the Platform's features to the account that connected it.
3. Meta Platform data
Our use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including the Limited Use requirements. Data received from WhatsApp is processed under the WhatsApp Business Terms. You can disconnect any Meta asset at any time from your dashboard, which deletes the associated access token from our systems.
4. Sharing
We share data only with: (a) Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates as necessary to deliver messages, publish content and run ads; (b) infrastructure providers (hosting, email) bound by confidentiality obligations; (c) authorities where required by law.
5. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Data is stored on servers in secured data centres with encryption in transit and access controls. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. To request deletion of your data, follow the steps on our Data Deletion Instructions page.
7. Children
The Platform is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest revision.
